How much is the fee?
Fees are based on term, 4 lessons for each term, duration of 1.5 hours each, collected on the first lesson. Fees may vary depending on how many classes your child is attending per month. If your child is attending tuition for more than 1 subject, a special discount will be provided. If you require further enquires, please do not hesitate to contact us further.
What is the accepted form of payment?
We accept cash, Paynow, DBS paylah!
Do I get a refund if lesson is cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness). Unfortunately, we do not refund parents if lesson is cancelled. We understand that you have paid full cost for the lessons. The most we can do is to create another lesson to make up for your payment. We seek both your understanding and cooperation.
How well do students score under your guidance?
On average, most students would have seen a improvement in marks (ie. jump in 3 bands) within 2-3 months. And subsequently, they scored distinctions despite failing initially. However, students have to change their mindset and attitude. We do our utmost best and students need to do their best as well.
How big is the class size?
Each group consists of about 4-6 students. As mentioned, classes can be created if there not enough to accommodate your child's schedule (subjected to availability). Do contact us if you require another class set up for your child.
Do you provide 1 to 1 tuition?
No we do not provide 1 to 1. We stray away from the method of spoon feeding answers and students memorizing answers. In here, we stress on the importance of students undergoing critical thinking to enable them to grasp concepts better. We believe students learn best from thinking and communication with others.
Are there make-up lessons?
Make-up lessons are subject to availability of classes. If you do require a make-up class, students should inform Teacher Ken in advance to plan his schedule.
Will I be able to catch up if I joined later?
Yes, you will be able to. Make-up classes would be provided for you, if you require extra lessons on other chapters. However, make-up classes will only be subject to availability of classes.
Can I withdraw?
Yes you can withdraw. But if you had already paid for a specific term, please bear in mind that there will be no refunds given back. We seek your understanding in this.
